Registration and feesRegistration fees for all the participants (excluding accompanying persons) include: Conferences access and materials, lunches and coffee-breaks, welcome and poster party, gala dinner, excursions. Registration fees for accompanying persons include: the same benefits as participants, except conference access and materials, lunches and breaks. Registration fees for exhibitors include:package for regular participant (1 personne), a booth space (1 table (2.2x0.7 m) + 2 poster supports)in a dedicated space close to coffee breaks and poster session, one table and chairs and the possibility to add some flyer the the "participant material".

In order to register to the conference you need to have an account on scienceconf platform. In order to create your account please follow this procedure: 1. Click on "Login" (top right of the page) 2. Click on "create a new account, fill all fields with the sign *,activate the account by clicking on the link received via Email 3. Once you are connected to your account, you can register for the conference using "Registration" page. ATTENTION, please complete the procedure from start to finish without interruption (to avoid blocking payment, for example by credit card). Cancelations: cancellations of participation at the conference, accommodation and services will be accepted only by written with the following conditions: Before June the 15th: refund of 80% of the received payment, bank charges being charged to the participant Between June the 15th and July the 1st: refund of 50% of the received payment, bank charges being charged to the participant After July the 1st : no refund for cancellations after this date. |
